Terms of Use

Prop Scanner provides sports analytics, odds context, and informational tools. Prop Scanner is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not process payments for wagers, and does not guarantee outcomes.

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use this service where sports betting content is regulated.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@propscanner.app if you suspect unauthorised use. One person per account; do not share or resell access.

Some features are free; others require a paid subscription shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

Free trial. New subscribers may start a 7-day free trial, once per account. No payment method is required to start. If you have not added one when the trial ends, the subscription ends automatically and your account returns to the Free plan; you are not charged.

Renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually, as you chose) at the then-current price until you cancel. You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we will notify you and Stripe will retry the charge. Access continues during this grace period; if payment is not resolved the subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan.

Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you reasonable advance notice by email or in the product, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice. You may cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time from Profile → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period: you keep access until then and are not charged again. You can resubscribe at any time.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for unused time, except where the law requires otherwise or we decide to make a refund in our discretion. If you think you were charged in error, contact us at hello@propscanner.app and we will review it. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

You can export your data and permanently delete your account yourself from Profile → Danger zone. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately, without a refund for the unused period, and removes your profile, picks, saved models and settings. Some records, such as payment records held by our payment processor and proof that you accepted these Terms, are kept as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy our data, projections or content, or use them to build a competing product;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls or paywalls, or probe or disrupt the service;
• resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute our data or model outputs;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, defraud or mislead others; or
• use the service if you are not legally permitted to engage with sports betting content where you are.

If you make a profile or picks public, other users can see them. You keep ownership of what you post, and give us a licence to host and display it as part of the service. You are responsible for it and must not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content. You can report or block other users in the app, and we may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these Terms.

All content is provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance, backtests and model confidence scores do not predict future results.

We aim to provide accurate and timely data but do not warrant that data, odds, projections, or availability will always be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. Data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed or wrong; verify any line and price with your sportsbook before acting on it.

The service, including its software, models, design and compiled data, belongs to Prop Scanner or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it in line with these Terms. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

We may include links to third-party products or services, including sportsbook partners. If you click certain links, we may receive compensation. Any such relationship does not change our view that gambling carries risk and outcomes are never guaranteed.

If you choose to gamble, do so responsibly and only within your limits. See our Responsible Use page for support resources.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers and limits of liability, will survive.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and Prop Scanner is not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from use of the service, including betting losses, reliance on analytics, or third-party links. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the product before they take effect, and the effective date above will change. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account.
